A Florist With a Workshop
Flower Muse Studio in Willoughby Town Centre does everything you would expect from a florist: bouquets, arrangements, orchids and plants, dried and preserved flowers, wedding and event flowers, flower subscriptions, and same-day delivery for orders placed before noon, Monday through Saturday, with delivery reaching across Langley and as far as Vancouver. What sets it apart is the studio side, a DIY workshop space where you make something to take home.
Reviewers describe the shop as styled in "the elegant and refined Korean aesthetic," and several mention the care that goes into wrapping each bouquet. One regular wrote, "I have never met a florist more thoughtful," adding that the prices are "always very fair," and a couple who ordered flowers for a small family wedding called the staff attentive and full of good suggestions. The studio holds a 5.0-star Google rating across 45 reviews.
Blend Your Own Perfume
The perfume workshop is the studio's signature class. Guests create a one-of-a-kind eau de parfum, for themselves or as a gift, with assistants guiding them step by step from smelling and sampling scents to blending a formula. The one-hour class is open to ages 12 and up, offers both feminine and masculine scents, and finishes with optional colouring, a label, and dried flowers in the bottle. No experience is needed.
One reviewer called the instructor "kind, patient, and very knowledgeable" and appreciated being able to choose from several stylish perfume bottles. Reviewers also mention handmade items in the shop, such as soaps, soy candles, and room fresheners.

Rings, Bouquets, and Wreaths
The silver ring workshop is designed for first-timers and pitched as a meaningful activity for couples or friends, with each person crafting a one-of-a-kind sterling silver ring. Over two hours, an instructor walks small groups of up to four, aged 13 and up, through measuring, cutting, texturing, soldering, and shaping the ring on a mandrel, and the class is offered in English and Korean. Spots are limited, so check the workshop page for upcoming sessions.
Flower lovers can take a one-day floral workshop to make a garden-style, hand-tied bouquet using the spiral technique, with seasonal flowers and greenery and no previous experience required. Seasonal classes, such as dried flower wreaths, appear through the year. One reviewer who took a Christmas wreath class wrote that it was "really nice to see some activities for adults to do in our community."

Parties and Private Groups
The studio also hosts private and group workshops for friends, families, and teams, including birthday parties, bridal showers, and company events, and it can adjust pricing for groups. Private classes can include perfume blending, natural soap making, soy candle making, bouquets, and floral centrepieces, and the studio also offers mobile workshops that come to your event. For kids aged 7 to 12, a 1.5-hour natural soap-making party has each child make five soaps, including a cake-shaped one and under-the-sea designs.
Classes are by appointment and final sale, with one free reschedule if you give notice in advance. Arrive about 10 minutes early, since classes start on time. Current classes are listed on the DIY workshop page.
